MAKING A significant design statement, this new Sandringham home has an E1 with glass shaft providing both practical access as well as an eye-catching vision from most vantage points on the three levels.

Being in such a prominent location, the selection of correct finishes was paramount to incorporating it into the home’s design.

This brief has been well achieved with the following finishes: RAL 9022 powdercoated and clear glass shaft and basement door, polished stainless steel for the doors on levels 2 and 3, cabin profiles and ceiling. The 2 glass cabin walls were offset by the striking polished black stainless steel wall on the right hand side cabin wall. With a black stone floor continuing the colour palette, a nice contrast was provided with the thick timber floor panelling elsewhere.

Mission accomplished
