THIS INTERESTING new home in Santa Barbara was designed with curves everywhere, from the outside of the home to the hallways inside. As such, the 2 level E1 elevator provided a striking contrast with its obvious straight lines design. No problem, our high level of customization and working with the clients means the outcome is always to everyone’s satisfaction.
The elevator fitout for this project included anodised aluminium doors with either clear or etched neutral glass, F12PPS similinox skinplate walls, brushed stainless steel profiles and handrail, corner mounted flush vertical car operating panel, A1 bianca skinplate ceiling with LED lighting and custom floor down by a local supplier.
Wanting to keep it interesting and ever changing, the rear wall of the cabin has been fitted with a massive vertical light box in which photographs can be displayed and constantly changed – a supersized digital photo frame.
