A LABOUR of love for this new build in Melbourne’s Fairfield has also included internal access from the garage to the two levels of the home. On first entering the lift at the lower level, an outstanding colourful vision of a cave scene applied to the rear wall of the shaft has made great use of an otherwise blank wall.

From here the clever design continues with a glass fronted shaft face that allows a view of the street and surrounds when using the lift. In addition to the glass face, the rest of the shaft has been clad in timber for a natural tie in with the style of the home and the local environment.

The 3 level E1 with opposite through car layout has been fitted out with the following finishes: RAL 7013 panoramic transparent glass doors, walls and profiles in PPS11 Avorio skinplate, Dama pattern ceiling in A1 Bianco skinplate, half height mirror and brushed stainless steel handrail and flush mount car operating panel and telephone.
