As the stairs were becoming an issue in this loved family home and moving was out of the question. The best solution was to install a home elevator

With close collaboration, Elevator Boutique retrofitted a 1140mm (44.8″) x 1190mm (46.8″) E1 home elevator, which included shrinking the hallway on each landing to make way for the masonry built hoistway.

To ensure the elevator tied into the homes interior design, the selections included:

Profiles – Italian Skinplate – Grigio N1

Handrail – Brushed Stainless Steel

Ceiling – Labirint – A1 Bianco

Floor – Rock Solid 677

Travel – 5720mm (225″)

A great result – it’s like the elevator has always been there.
