Hollywood Hills
SITUATED ON one of the many canyon roads snaking up the Hollywood Hills, this modern new residence spanning many levels has had any access issues solved by having an E2 home elevator and glass shaft incorporated into the project.
Sitting inside the entry foyer, the shaft then protrudes through the roof and opens onto one of the outdoor entertaining decks. Important to the design was a minimal sight line impact, this has been easily achieved by having all four sides of the shaft clad in transparent glass and the elevator automatically returning to the lower level each time it has been travelled in.
Perfectly placed for maximum appeal and usability.
