IN YET another riverside location, Elevator Boutique installed a three level Elfo 2 home elevator and powdercoated steel and glass shaft.
The specifications were as follows: shaft in powdercoat steel RAL 9006 with tinted glass cladding, landing and cabin doors in similinox skinplate with transparent glass panels, right hand and rear cabin walls in panoramic glass panels, corner cabin profiles and vertical car operating panel in brushed stainless steel, drive side cabin wall in satinato laminate, bianco white ceiling with LED lighting, wall mounted landing buttons and flooring done locally by client – the outside of the elevator car was fitted with similinox skinplate profiles to ensure the outside looked just as good as the inside. The cabin size was 1100mm (43.3″) wide x 1400mm (55.1″) deep with 350kg (771.6lbs) load capacity and fastest available speed of 0.3m/s (59fpm)
With a colour scheme selection to blend in beautifully with the existing picturesque house, the end result has been practical, value adding and looks great.
